Hills of Peace is located in Treaty 6 Territory, the traditional lands of the Cree, Dene, Nakota Sioux, Saulteaux, and the Métis Nation of Alberta. Nearby, the Neutral Hills served for generations as a peaceful gathering place for many Indigenous Nations. We honour their enduring presence and stewardship, and commit to walking together in a spirit of reconciliation and respect.
